your voice is the most powerful tool to solve our current housing crisis. as a local community member, being engaged in the approval process is pivotal towards the success of our town. here's a first step.

the avila ranch development is a planned development that includes a mix of residential uses (68.23 acres), neighborhood commercial uses (3.34 acres), and open space/park uses (71.30 acres). development would involve approximately 720 residential units, 15,000 square feet of leasable neighborhood commercial space concentrated in a proposed town center, and pocket parks, mini-parks and neighborhood parks
san luis ranch
san luis ranch includes up to 580 residential units, 150,000 square feet of commercial development, 100,000 square feet of office development, a 200-room hotel, and portions of the site to remain open space for agriculture and open-space.
