this is your opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with the owner and project team to ask questions in a comfortable and private setting. your ideas and questions can tremendously shape the vision of housing in SLO and for this project.

simply show up at 6:00 pm with an open mind and a willingness to ask questions. remember to bring your passion in housing and perhaps a buddy who you think will enjoy attending.

Summary:

the 71 palomar apartment community consists of 33 apartment units with 4 units designated as rent restricted for very low-income households. the current 100 year-old home located on the property will be renovated and incorporated into the apartment community providing a recreation room, a gym, conference rooms and a leasing office. apartment units will consist of studios, two bedroom units and three bedroom units. bicycle parking on the property will be extensive and car parking is contained within a semi-subterranean parking garage. the property is currently zoned for high density housing, so this unique project is consistent with the city’s general plan.
