San Luis Ranch is a proposed mixed-use community implementing the City’s 2014 General Plan Update. This integrated community offers a range of housing opportunities uniquely planned for entry level and head-of-household homebuyers. The project includes approximately 60 acres of permanently preserved agricultural land and open space. The diverse neighborhoods promote sustainability and multi-modal transportation with extensive hiking and biking trails, and the convenience of a close-by commercial center featuring neighborhood shopping, dining and entertainment. The project also includes a professional office center designed for the growing high-tech industry as well as a 4-star hotel to support the tourism industry.

Residents of town are encouraged to attend meetings and provide their voice and opinion of these projects. Your ideas are weighed heavily when considering the approval of a project. It is crucial to attend and participate to ensure a fair and equal representation from members of the community.
